Amazing service. John and Alex did a fantastic job from start to finish. They both walked us through everything with absolute patience. John made sure that we understood how to use everything and that everything was working the way it should. If something wasn't right he adjusted or fixed it. They even cleaned up any mess before walking out the door. All work was done quickly and cleanly. No damage no hanging wires. Perfect. Very friendly and reliable. We are 100% satisfied with not just the job but also the price was good. Definitely would and will recommend John to anyone who wants home security be it an upgrade like ours or a completely new job. John has done an excellent job installing CCTV cameras in our house & upgrading our existing alarm system. He took his time explaining the best places to put the camera's & worked with our existing alarm to upgrade some components. John is extremely honest & didn't try and up sell us on anything we didn't need and was patient in answering all our question. He does a thorough job & puts so much effort & time into his work. Awesome!!! I excepted the job and John fitted it in when it suited me which happened to be three days later. John knows his product better then fish know how to swim. There was no guess work, I told John what I wanted and he recommended a product which suited best. He is honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. His installation was very professional, no sign of wires and he walked me through the product and didn't leave until we understood how to operate it. John also offers a 6 year warranty on labour, I don't foresee and issues but if we do John is just a phone call away. Apart from all of this John is one of the good guys out there, nothing was to hard for John. Thanks
