Before Booking a Service Call – What to Have Ready
To help us assist you efficiently, please prepare:
CCTV Brand & Model – We service major brands, including Uniview, Dahua, Hikvision, Hanwha, Axis, and Bosch, with spare parts in stock for faster repairs.
System Age – Systems over 10 years old may be more complex to repair. In many cases, upgrading to a modern 6MP IP system is the best long-term solution.
System Password (Optional) – Not required, but providing it can speed up troubleshooting. We can reset or recover most Australian-supplied NVRs/DVRs.
When a Quote Becomes a Service Call
- New Systems – All quotes are free and obligation-free.
- Existing Systems – A service call fee may apply if Amaro Electronics did not install the system or if it is still under warranty. If our technician successfully resolves your issue during the visit, we may apply a fee.

This video provides a tutorial on how to set up the Superlive Plus app with a Viper system.
Here’s a summary of the steps and features covered:
- App Installation and Initial Access: The Superlive Plus app is available for both iPhone and Android. Users need to select the app icon on their mobile device and then access the main menu by selecting the menu button in the top left corner [00:05].
- Adding a Device:
- From the main menu, select “server list” [00:20].
- Tap the plus icon in the top right corner to add a device [00:26].
- Enter device details such as an IP address or DDNS, or scan a QR code [00:31].
- Provide a device name for reference and enter the username and password for the system [00:44].
- Press “save” once finished [00:56].
Viewing CCTV:
- Once the device is added and the Wi-Fi symbol turns green, it indicates a successful connection [01:10].
- To view CCTV, press the play icon [01:15].
- Double-tapping a camera view will bring it to a single, clearer screen [01:26].
- Tapping again returns to the multi-view [01:29].
- You can change the camera being viewed by selecting the channel number [01:38].
Image Quality and Full Screen:
- Tapping the screen and selecting the eye icon allows you to change the image quality (high or low) [01:43].
- Tapping the screen and selecting another icon (unspecified, but shown) will display the camera in a full-screen layout [02:03].

Bosch 6000 User Setup
Use this form to request a new PIN code for your Bosch 6000 alarm system. Please fill out the details below so our team can set up your access quickly and accurately.
Fields to Complete:
- User Name: Your name or the name of the person who will use the PIN.
- PIN Code: Enter the new PIN code you would like to be assigned.
- Access Type: Select the type of access (e.g., Mobile App, Keypad, or Both).
- Working Hours: Specify the start and end times the user is allowed to access the system.
- Additional Notes (Optional): Any extra instructions or requests for the technician.
Once submitted, our team will configure the new PIN and confirm your access details without sending sensitive information over SMS.

How to Download the MyAlarm iFob App
Installing and Configuring the iFob Control App
STEP 1: Launch iFob Control and then choose Setup New Site.
STEP 2: Enter a unique name to identify the site on this device. Note that this can be any name of your choice.
STEP 3: Enter the Panel Serial Number in the field provided. This should be provided by your installer.
STEP 4: Enter the Panel App Code. Note that this is a unique code provided by Bosch that can be used on one device only for security reasons. This is to be provided by your installer.
STEP 5: Enter User Alarm Pin. This is the PIN code that you use to arm and disarm the panel.
STEP 6: Press the save button on the top right corner.
Step 1: Set up New Site.

- You can press on “Setup New Site” or on the “+” button on the top right corner.
Step 2: Site Configuration
- Site Name: Enter a unique name to identify the site on your device. Note that this can be any name of your choice.

Step 3: Site Registered
- After pressing the “Save icon,” you will get a message saying
- “Registering site to MyAlarm. Please wait…
- A few seconds later, you should get a pop-up message saying “Successfully Registered Site”. Press OK
- If you didn’t get the pop-up message saying Successfully Registered Site, Contact us immediately.
Step 4: Connect to your Site
- Press Connect to connect to your site.
- You will get a message saying “Connecting.”
- You will get another message saying “Loading Areas. Please wait…”
- Loading areas should not take more than 10 seconds. At this stage, the app is establishing a secure connection with your alarm panel.
- The App will connect to your panel, and you will be able to view the status of the alarm in the Areas section.
Start using the iFob Control APP
Main Menu
- AREAS: By pressing Areas, you can view the home page of your alarm system, which shows the status of your alarm and equipment.
- ZONES: This will allow you to see all your zones and check their status within the system.
- OUTPUTS: This will allow you to check the outputs on your system. Ex: Roller door.
- DOORS: The doors page allows you to check the status and control selected doors on the system.
- TROUBLESHOOT: If you have any faults on the panel, this allows you to view them.
- HISTORY: This will allow you to view all the History and to check alarms and notifications.
Home Page: AREAS example
Main Icons
- Once connected, the area page will load, allowing you to quickly arm or disarm your system. Use the scroll function to see all areas if required.
- The name and status of all areas are shown. If the Armed indicator is Red, the system is currently armed. A green disarm indicates that the system is disarmed.
- The area control diagram shown in this example has three areas, with the house having two-part arm modes.
- The panic function is enabled, and two shortcut buttons have been created, one for the Roller Door and another for the Garden Sprinkle
- Your system’s appearance will vary depending on the configuration and options selected by your installer and/or system owner.
- The PANIC function is turned on. To activate it, press and hold the panic button for three seconds to set off the alarm. Keep in mind that the sirens might go off.
- Alarm, system trouble, and zone status indicators are also displayed for each area.
ZONES
List
- The zone pages let you check the status of all zones in the system. Zones that are open, in alarm, in trouble, or tampered with will be displayed in red for easy identification.
- To bypass or exclude a zone, simply tap the bypass checkbox next to the zone you want to bypass.
- Use the left and right arrows at the bottom of the page to view other zones in the system.
- Options are also provided, allowing you to filter the way zones are sorted.
OUTPUTS
List
- The outputs page allows you to check the status of all outputs in the system.
- To trigger the output, simply press ON or OFF. This will behave like the remote control Button.
- Use the left and right arrows at the bottom of the page to view other outputs on the system.
- For this feature to work properly, it has to be programmed by the installer.
DOORS
List
- The doors page allows you to check the status and control selected doors on the system.
- Only doors set by your installer will be available in the iFob app. The system owner can restrict iFob users from any door control functions via the MyAlarm website if needed. Users will receive a warning message if this restriction has been applied.
- The iFob Control app lets you create up to 4 shortcuts for outputs or doors that you frequently control. To create a shortcut, touch and hold the door name or output name for 2 seconds. Shortcuts can be deleted in the site settings page.
TROUBLES
List
- The Troubles page will allow you to view all troubles on your system.
– Examples of Troubles: Date and Time Loss, Battery Low, Battery Missing, Mains Power Loss, System Faults, etc…

HISTORY
List
- The History page lets you view all events that occurred in the system.
- Events can include: a Burglary Alarm, which will be labeled in RED. Another type is an Access event, which informs you if someone opened or closed the roller door (if the door is connected to the panel). Additionally, in the events section, you can see the time the system was armed or disarmed, and who did it. It also indicates how the panel was armed or disarmed, whether via remote control, mobile app, or keypad.
